Ingredients

  • 2 1½-pound Bee-liner Snappers (Abundant Seafood)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and ground black pepper

Instructions

Lightly coat the fish with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place in grill basket on hot grill and cook until both sides of the fish are crispy and the fish has reached an internal temperature of 145°.
