- ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 (8-ounce) blocks feta cheese
- 4 cups cubed watermelon (about 1-inch cubes)
- 6-inch skewers
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, oregano and pepper. Cut feta into about ¾-inch squares. Add cubed cheese to a small bowl; drizzle with olive oil marinade; toss to coat. Thread cheese and watermelon on wooden skewers. Drizzle with the remaining marinade.
