- 3/4 ounce Por Siempre Sotol
- 3/4 ounce St. George Green Chile Vodka
- 1/2 ounce Chareau Aloe Vera Liqueur
- 3/4 ounces fresh lime juice
- 1/4 ounces Agave Syrup
- 5 snow pea pods, muddled
- 1 dash Bitter Truth celery Bitters
Muddle snow peas in bottom of shaker tin. Add remaining ingredients and fill with ice. Shake well or up to 10 seconds. Double strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
Garnish with fresh pea tendrils and small French breakfast radish.
