Ingredients
SERVINGS: 4-6
- 1/2 cup peach slices, divided
- 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced, divided
- 1 large navel orange, halved and sliced, divided
- 1 cup fresh raspberries, divided
- 1/2 cup peach brandy
- 1 (750 ml) bottle sparkling rosé wine, chilled
- 2 cups sparkling water, chilled
Instructions
Place half of the fruit and brandy in a large pitcher; gently press with a wooden spoon to release juices.
Just before serving, add rosé and sparking water, stirring to combine. Add remaining fruit. Serve over ice.
