Ingredients

SERVINGS: 1 Cocktail
  • 1½ ounces Red Harbor rum
  • ½ ounce Jams grapefruit drinking vinegar
  • ½ ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1 ounce Cannonborough grapefruit elderflower soda
  • Bulls Bay Saltworks margarita salt
  • Lime wedge

Instructions

In a metal cocktail shaker, add all the ingredients except Cannonborough soda. Add ice to the shaker and shake hard. Using a conical strainer, pour cocktail into the salt-rimmed glass. Top with Cannonborough soda. Prepare glass: Pour margarita salt onto a plate. Wipe the rim of a martini or coupe glass with a lime wedge, and dip the rim into the salt. Shake off excess.
