Ingredients
SERVINGS: 1 Cocktail
- 1½ ounces Red Harbor rum
- ½ ounce Jams grapefruit drinking vinegar
- ½ ounce fresh lime juice
- 1 ounce Cannonborough grapefruit elderflower soda
- Bulls Bay Saltworks margarita salt
- Lime wedge
Instructions
In a metal cocktail shaker, add all the ingredients except Cannonborough soda. Add ice to the shaker and shake hard. Using a conical strainer, pour cocktail into the salt-rimmed glass. Top with Cannonborough soda. Prepare glass: Pour margarita salt onto a plate. Wipe the rim of a martini or coupe glass with a lime wedge, and dip the rim into the salt. Shake off excess.
