This is The Ordinary’s rum version of a white negroni. The bitter, herbaceous qualities pair well with the richness of fried seafood. It includes Suze, a bitter aperitif made from gentian root that has a slight citrus undertone. It will turn your drink yellow. A variation is to add Campari, which will turn your drink pink.
Instructions
In a cocktail mixing glass, stir all ingredients together over ice in pitcher. Serve in a rocks glass with an orange twist.
