Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon local raw honey
  • Lavender-infused sugar (optional)
  • 2 ounces Broom Wagon Natural Ethiopian espresso
  • 1½ ounces Striped Pig Gin
  • 5 ounces Regatta Ginger Beer
  • Ice

Instructions

Rim glass with honey and lavender sugar.

Incorporate 1 tablespoon honey into freshly pulled espresso and stir. Combine with remaining ingredients in your rimmed glass. Top with ice.

Garnish with basil flowers or lavender sprig
